We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Dog Sport Supply Co. within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide the correct return shipping address. Returns sent to any other location will be refused.

Condition of Returned Merchandise
All products must be returned in new, unused, and resellable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Non-returnable conditions include (but are not limited to):
- Missing or detached tags
- Dog hair, odors, or dirt
- Chewing, bite marks, or visible wear
- Stains or damage from use or handling
If returned items do not meet these standards, we will notify you with photos and reserve the right to return the items at your expense or dispose of them.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds or store credits will be issued within 7–14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items deemed ineligible for return will not be refunded or credited.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as Dog Sport Supply Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
