Dog Sport Supply Co. Shipping Information
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment locations, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package size.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Costs vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected.
Oversized or Specialty Items
Some items require custom shipping quotes due to their size or weight. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Dog treadmills
- Training blinds and jumps
- Large kennel systems
- Flexi Poles and FitPaws equipment
- Inukshuk Dog Food and other bulk items
If your order includes any oversized or freight items, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to confirm the exact shipping cost. Your order will not ship until you have approved the updated quote.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase. During high-volume periods such as holiday sales or major promotions, processing times may be longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
In-Store Pickup (By Appointment Only)
If you’d prefer to pick up your order, select “Pick Up” at checkout. All pickups must be scheduled in advance, as Dog Sport Supply Co. does not operate a public storefront or maintain regular office hours. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you by email or text to coordinate a pickup time and location.
Please note that we can only hold pickup orders for up to 3 days. After that, the order will be refunded and restocked.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Dog Sport Supply Co. is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage during delivery.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if it is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the shipping error was made by Dog Sport Supply Co., we will cover all reshipment costs.
Delays
We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by holidays, severe weather, or unforeseen service interruptions. Expedited or guaranteed shipping options are subject to carrier terms.
Out-of-Stock Items
In rare cases, an item may oversell before our system updates inventory. If that happens, we’ll contact you by text or email within 2 business days to offer an alternative or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Free Shipping Promotions
From time to time, Dog Sport Supply Co. may offer Free Shipping Promotions.
- These promotions apply only to qualifying U.S. orders.
- Oversized or freight-shipped items are excluded.
- Orders placed before the promotion starts are not eligible for retroactive discounts.
