Dog Sport Supply Co. warrants that products sold through our Website will be free from manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

If you believe a product is defective, you must contact us within this 30-day period for review and approval. Upon approval, Dog Sport Supply Co. will, at its discretion, provide one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement of the defective product. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • A refund or store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.

This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or damage resulting from failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

All returns are subject to our Return Policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and authorized for return within 30 days of delivery. Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted.
